  1. EASY TO USE AND GET STARTED - We make it easy for you and your staff to get started and to learn how to use orthotrack. A User Guide, a Flow Chart and a training module have been designed to guide you through every step. Our support department is always there for you should you have any questions.
  2. CUSTOMIZABLE - The owner/Administrator has the password protected ability to customize Orthotrack to their liking. Customizable features include

    • Setting call frequency for Follow up Calls, Children’s Follow up Calls and Re-Exams
    • Add password protected receptionist access
    • Add Associate Practitioners and New Clinic locations
    • Turn call back Scripts on/off
    • Much more

  3. FOLLOW UP - We believe in the importance of following up with your patients after dispensation. For this reason Orthotrack will prompt you to contact your patients, post dispensation and at regularly recurring intervals to monitor their progress and compliance

    • these intervals are defaulted to 2 weeks post-dispensation and 1 year recurring intervals, however they can be customized to your liking.
  4. RE-EXAM - Orthotrack will prompt you to Schedule a Re-Exam upon insurance eligibility of your patient, allowing you to check the condition of their orthotics, and dispense another pair if necessary.

    • If your patient is uninsured Orthotrack will prompt you to schedule a Re-Exam at an interval customizable by you (This interval is defaulted to 3 years)
  5. FORMS – all forms necessary for you to use Orthotrack are provided. These include a patient information form , patient exam and orthotic design form. All of these forms are well thought out and are easy to use. You only need to check off relevent information.

  6. RECORD KEEPING- Orthotrack will keep you organized and give you access to all necessary clinical and patient information.

    • Patient Information - contact info, symptoms, pain location and much more.
    • Patient Exam History - postural findings, palpatory findings, gait exams, diagnosis, and much more.
    • Orthotic Design- shell type, shell modification, orthotic length, top cover type and modifications and much more.

  7. REPORT GENERATION- Orthotrack will generate all of the forms you need (with your logo and clinic name on them) allowing for effective patient and professional communication. Forms generated include

    • Insurance Form - complete and comprehensive forms can be generated. These forms include the casting technique used, the name of the lab and location, the materials used, the diagnosis and symptoms, clinical examination findings, gait analysis findings, confirmation that the orthotics are custom made, confirmation that they have been paid in full and have been dispensed.
    • Insurance Pre-approval Form Orthotrack will gererate a preapproval form which some insurers are now requesting. This way your patient can get preapproved for payment prior to you ordering the manufacture of their orthotics
    • Physicians Report - A one page summary for your patients to take to their family physician should they require a medical referral for insurance reasons.
    • Re-Exam Summary - This report is taken into each Re-Exam with you. It provides all of the relevant clinical information from their last Exam, including the diagnosis, pain location orthotic design, etc.

  8. STATISTICAL PACKAGE- Orthotrack allows you to gather and utilize important Clinical and Business Statistics.

    • Clinical Statistics - Orthotrack prompts you to numerically track your patient’s pain relief with each Follow up Call. These numbers are available in the Clinical statistical package within your Options Menu. The purpose of collecting this data is to chart and monitor patient progress as well as to see how effective your orthotics are for each diagnosis made.
    • Business Statistics - Important Business statistics include the number of orthotics dispensed per week, month, year, the number of re-exam calls made versus the number of re-exams scheduled and more.
